Our Toothbrushes
Our brushes are made with 100% biodegradable bamboo from sustainably managed sources to help you make that one simple change in reducing the amount of plastic you use.
Now let’s talk about bristles for a second. Ours come in 7 different colours with soft, rounded tips as recommended by dentists to provide you with a safe, effective clean. In an ideal world, we would be using 100% natural material for our bristles but unfortunately, bristles that are both vegan, plastic-free and effective simply don't exist (yet). Most brushes that claim to have biodegradable bristles are using Boar’s hair (which isn't anywhere near effective enough at actually cleaning your teeth), or are simply trying to hide their use of nylon.
It's important to us, and our values, that we offer a product which is as sustainable as possible, without sacrificing your oral health.
Our brushes are made with 100% biodegradable bamboo from our FSC certified panda friendly bamboo farm. And our bristles are made with the highest grade BPA-free nylon, available in a choice of 7 different colours.
Let’s talk bristles for a second. In an ideal world, we would be using natural material for our bristles as well. Unfortunately, bristles that are both vegan and plastic-free simple don't exist at the moment. Most brushes that claim to have biodegradable bristles are using Boars hair! Which isn't effective enough at actually brushing.

Doing the world of good
We use approximately 1 billion (plastic) tubes of toothpaste each year, the vast majority of which are not recyclable and end up in landfill or our oceans.
That's why out Zero-Waste Toothpaste Tabs are packaged in fully compostable and plastic-free bags which can be disposed of directly with your organic waste.
Made to change
As you may have seen by now, our products aren’t like the ones you find on the supermarket shelves. We’ve worked long and hard in development stages understanding the flaws of conventional toothbrushes and pastes to see where we can always move a step further in a more positive direction.
But why a subscription?
The bristles on your toothbrush wear down, fill up with bacteria and become less effective over time.
Dentists therefore recommend that we replace our brush every 2-3 months (every 2 months is ideal) so by signing up to a subscription for something you’ll have to buy anyway, you’ll be making sure that your health is looked after - and without contributing to more plastic waste.
